6 guests' feedbackVery disappointed. The room we were allocated was at the back next to a braai area where there were car seats, no. 9. We immediately asked if we could move and then got room no. 5 taken. The caretaker then suddenly had to fix the room. Everything was fine until we noticed there was no hot water. Complained to the janitor and he said he already cleared it up. I got confirmation from the other guests that room no. 3 to 5 do not have hot water from their arrival and nothing is done. Called the owner but no answer. We booked out the next morning and left to find other accommodation. Can we please get a refund as we only stayed one night and in a cheaper room. Thank you very much. Sorry, I don't see the facility to attach photos.
We stayed there but it was not at all like in the photos.
Very cute place, my fiance and I had a great stay.
It's very basic accommodation. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves because there was none. Unit 4's power was not working properly and had no towels even in it. Unit 6 has a self-catering kitchen, but there isn't even a pan, so how do you cook. The area is beautiful.
Think twice before making a reservation. When I arrived, no one knew about me. Security is a problem. Located next to the location. I immediately found alternative accommodation.
It was not a good experience, the tv was not working, wifi was non existence, there were no pots for cooking. It was very bad.
